We can but we avoid it as it is not safe, only for rare cases with really small items we can make an exception.

Yes, we offer box delivery both as single service and as part of the relocation proces - box delivery, packing & removals. Keep in mind that when hiring us for box delivery, there's a minimum of 15 boxes!
Yes we do that. For really heavy items and higher floors some extra fees will apply due to the specifications of the work.
All of our Moving Teams are trained and equipped with the necessary tools to help with basic furniture assembly and disassembly.
Our Insurance is package for the whole move there is no restriction for single items.
Our clients are responsible for arranging or covering parking while we are working for them.

- Standard boxes (467x307x313mm) - if you need to pack small items, books, documents or files.
- Large boxes (467x457x463mm) - best for packing kitchen appliances, kitchenware, flatware and glassware. Widely used these boxes are great both for office and home removals.
- Wardrobe boxes (508x457x1244mm) - special box with metal hanger bar inside. It's perfect for storing and moving clothes directly with their hangers.
The size of the van you need depends on what you need to be moved. When booking a removal you will be asked for some details about the items you need to be relocated. Based on that information - our removal company sends the most appropriate van, so all of your belongings fit in it. For bigger moves (3+ bedrooms) - a removals survey is carried, so it could be calculated what you will need.
Yes, you can, but have in mind that the boxes shouldn't be heavier than 40-45lbs (20kg). This way is easier to carry the boxes, no matter if you use our removals services or if you are moving yourself!
Yes there is, 15 packing boxes are the minimum quantity.
In most of the cases it's recommended to pack prior to the moving day. The exception are small moves, when everything can be done in one day.
We are afraid not. However we will be happy to deliver the boxes to your home!
Yes, our removal services can be booked for every day of the week, at any time. We are working on bank holidays too. Have in mind, that there is extra fee for working overnight (after 19:00).
Depending on your needs and the quantity of the items you need to relocate and your schedule/needs, your removals crew could be up to three men. Our staff will provide you with a sufficient number of movers based on the job.
There are many factors on which depends the time for any removal process. Our staff will calculate estimate time based on the amount of your belongings that will be moved plus the travel distance to the destination point. There are also other factors that affect the time needed for the move, like the parking. As close the van is to the load/unload point - as faster the job will be finished.
We believe in transparency, so our quote is based on the calculated estimate time for the removal, based on the information we have. There are no hidden taxes.
Extra charges could be applied only if there is some unexpected situation or delay (like taking extra moving, or packing), so our initial quote is not guaranteed 100% as a final one.
In case you have a special pet carry we can find a good place for your precious one on board of our van.
We have the equipment, vans, and men with experience in moving pianos (excluding royals).
Please bear in mind that we are not allowed to move items which are : dangerous or hazardous materials, stolen and illegal goods, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods, any type of drugs, bio-hazardous items and poisons, weapons and firearms.
Yes, our removal service is fully insured for all of your stuff! Have in mind, that your belonging should be packed by us for that, as otherwise we cannot guarantee the items are packed properly for the relocation process.
